Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and if any items arrive damaged or mis-happen, please let us know within 5 days so that we can issue you a replacement. Due to the nature of the business, with many made-to-order items, we do not issue refunds.
Replacements are sent out for damaged or incorrect items proven with photos upon receipt of items. 
For pre-made boutique items under category CLOTHING, an exchange for another size can be made within ten days.  Postage paid by customer. 
Items marked delivered claimed as not received by customer will open investigation with local post office. 

As a collective, items are sent from each vendor and a tracking number will be provided. Mommabrands is not responsible for stolen packages. 

To keep costs down for the customers, we pay for part of shipping.  So rather than paying $5.99 - $10.99 per item like other marketplaces, the more you buy the less you pay.  Orders over $300 get free shipping in the USA.
